Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, including those from Kanagawa, we serve dishes that reflect the changing of the seasons. Our pasta and bread are also handmade, and the flour we use is sourced from Italy. Everything is handmade, and no artificial seasonings are used. Please take your time to enjoy our dishes that make the most of the quality of local ingredients.
ChefChef: Masayuki Akaike
I trained at the Michelin-listed restaurant LaBrianza for seven years, and then worked for a year at a ristorante in Friuli, Italy. After returning to Japan and leveraging his experience overseas, he learned techniques from Mr. Luca Fantin at Bvlgari Ile Ristorante for three years, and gained experience at an introduction-only Italian Cuisine Restaurants that was limited to two groups per day before setting out on his own. Utilizing our sophisticated techniques and experience, we offer dishes unique to our restaurant.

The interior of the store has a warm wooden deck feel. The lighting changes in the morning and afternoon, changing the atmosphere of the store. The walls are a soft vanilla color and the wooden furniture provides comfort. Coin parking is also available nearby. We also have counter seats and table seats, as well as semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. We can also help with celebrations at our store, so please feel free to use us for various gatherings, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
