A Western-style building with three floors, modeled after Iwagamero, a restaurant in Minatosaki-cho's red-light district that flourished after the port opened. The first floor is decorated with electric decorations that give it a Yokohama-like feel, while the main dining room on the second floor has a table set in a tatami room, making it a floor that befits the concept of ``Japanese Spirit, Western Spirit,'' which is reminiscent of the Meiji and Taisho eras. The third floor is a banquet room inspired by the Silk Road. Please feel free to use our restaurant for casual lunches, business entertainment, or important celebrations.

For both lunch and dinner, the first thing to try is ``Bouillon du l'Egume (vegetable consomme-style soup)'' made with 10 types of vegetables. By tasting our soup, we want our customers to enjoy it from the inside out and feel more energetic. Then, enjoy the full course to your heart's content, including appetizers, warm hors d'oeuvres, fish and Meat Dishes, and dessert. We look forward to your visit with our carefully selected dishes.

We incorporate the idea of local production for local consumption into the dishes we serve, using mainly local ingredients. We purchase Yokohama vegetables from nearby fields each season and deliver a variety of dishes, from garnishes and sauces to the main dish. We also use cooking methods that make the most of the original flavors of the ingredients, which change with the seasons. When you enjoy the main dish and sauce on one plate, they become one and the dish is complete. Locally purchased tableware such as Yokohama ware will enhance your dishes.

The wine selection is mainly from France, but also includes American and domestic wines to match the ingredients, and there are always about 100 types, including aperitifs.
