An Okinawan Cuisine restaurant with a full lunch menu. There was one group of customers. It might have been because of the rain, but it doesn't seem to be that crowded during the afternoon on a holiday. 2 seats for 2 people, 3 seats for 4 people. I tend to go for the standard bitter gourd champuru, but the previous customer had ordered the mozuku set meal for two, so I was intrigued and decided to try it. A hearty set meal that also includes Onigiri and Okinawa Soba is like a noodle soup and is eaten like soba. Since it's not mozuku vinegar, the mozuku itself doesn't have much flavor. This is delicious. Mozuku can be eaten easily down the throat like soba noodles. The large Onigiri are also delicious. Desserts with texture are also good. But I didn't like tofu at all. It's quite bitter and tough. I wonder if this is called island tofu. Okinawa Soba is a type without waist. There are some types of Okinawa Soba that have no waist. It's not a negative point because it's just a matter of taste.This is probably a form of Okinawa Soba, but I prefer the chewy soba. Whatever. Mozuku is the correct answer. Next time I want to try the Chanpuru type!
