I visited Tankuma again to celebrate a little with my family. There was a mistake in my reservation, but they were happy to help me out. The menu was a fun and full course with appetizers, soup, two main dishes of your choice for each person, Sushi, and dessert. I chose spring bamboo shoots and simmered sea bream head. Naturally, the food was of a high standard, satisfying both my heart and stomach. I'll be back!
