2022.03 初訪問
山下町のランチ。
たん熊の存在は以前から知っていたが、訪れたことはなかった。
京都が本店のチェーン店らしい。
まずは、獺祭45純米大吟醸を4合頼んでっと。
平日昼限定 雅のコースと、握り膳をオーダーして、食べ比べと洒落込もう。
うむ、京懐石らしい、小ぶりで色とりどりのお料理。
ヤルネ。
歳を取ると、旨いモノをちょっとずつ、たくさん味見したいんだよね。
関西が基本なら、押し寿司だろうと思ったら、小ぶりな江戸前のお寿司が供された。
ふむ、そう来るか。
ま、握り膳って名前だしね。
旨し。
天ぷらとから揚げは、衣が厚く、少々野暮ったい印象。
唯一、秀逸だったのは、お吸い物。
なるほど、お出汁の使い方が関東とは違うねぇ。

デザートは普通。
うーむ、全体の印象としては、木曽路や藍屋の二段上くらいかなぁ。
まん防も終わったし、そのうち入国制限が緩和されるでしょう。
そしたら、裕福な外国の人たちが、ニューグランドにいっぱい来て、
グルメが賞賛するお店になるのかもねぇ。
あ、これから円安だから、裕福でなくても大丈夫かー。
