☆★☆ Up-and-coming Roman cuisine by a chef who became independent from Salone 2007 ☆★☆ The name of the restaurant is "RIO'S Buongustaio." A downtown Bistro-style Italian/Roman restaurant similar to the
... one in Trastevere, Rome. The restaurant's name, Rios, was the owner's nickname when he was training in Rome. It's a name that reminds me of my Italian days. Bongstaio is an Italian word meaning delicious food shop or gourmet food. We combined them into the name ``Rios Bongstaio'' (Rio's Delicious Food Shop). The concept is to create a downtown osteria (Cafeterias or bar) where you can casually enjoy eating, drinking, and drinking, similar to the one in Trastevere, Rome. When I came across this property along the canal in Motomachi, Yokohama, I felt like it was fate and decided to buy it. We hope that as many people as possible can enjoy the deep Roman cuisine. I'm looking forward to seeing you again here.
