元町、石川町をぶらぶら歩いてて、
いつも気になっていたお店。あの、サローネから独立したシェフがされているお店。
うん。気になるということで、友人と3人で来店。
特にこの日は予約していませんでしたが、オープンと同時に入ったからかもしれない。
普段は、予約した方がよさそう。
石川町駅からは徒歩8分？元町中華街からの方が近い？かな。
店内は赤い壁で、イタリアをイメージしちゃう。
それも、ローマをイメージしてるそうで、オーナーがローマで修行をされてたそうです。
その時のあだ名がリオス。
「ボングスタイオ」はイタリア語で美味しいもの屋さんやグルメの意味。

盛り合わせが最高でした！
いろんなものを少しづつ食べれるので、楽しいし、
美味しい。
ビールがまたあう。
友達との会話も弾みます。
アマトリチャーナは、定番で人気な一品と聞いてたので、
こちらが食べれて満足。
もちもちの麺でしっかりとソースに絡みます。
ニョッキ程よい硬さで美味しかった。
色々と食べたいものが多かったので、4人くらいで
行ってシェアするといいかも。
ランチまだ行けてないので、
今度はコスパ最強なランチも食べてみたい！
