Our lineup focuses on seafood and vegetables because we want to provide healthy, delicious, and healthy meals! Most of them are purchased from Numazu and Izu. We carefully assess the condition of the ingredients before cooking, and always strive to serve our customers in the best condition. - The origin of this chef is fishing. The smiles I saw when I handled the fish I had caught and served them to my family was what inspired me to pursue this path. After training at Italian restaurants in Genoa and Numazu, Italy, he became independent three years ago.
