ネットで横浜中華街に本格的な台湾料理が食べれる店ができたという記事を見て気になり初訪問。この店の名物、紅焼牛肉麺を注文した。紅焼牛肉麺は、台湾を代表する牛肉料理らしく、醤油ベースで唐辛子の入ったピリ辛スープに長時間煮込んだ牛肉の入った煮込み麺との事。今回、初めて食べたけど実際にはそんなに辛くはなく牛肉のダシが効いていて旨味があり最後までスープを飲み干す事ができた。麺は平打ち麺で柔らかく牛肉もよく煮込んであり食べやすかった。パクチーが入っているのが気になったけど、評判通り味は美味しかった。
