横浜中華街にてブランチタイム。
がっつりランチにしようか、
お腹に優しいものにしようか・・・、
ぷらぷらと歩きながら考えていたところ目に入った白きお椀・・・。
そう、豆漿（トウジャン）をいただくことにしました。
豆漿とは、簡単にいうと温かいお豆腐のスープですが、
これ、薬味の旨味とフレッシュなパクチーが効いて優しい～。
そこに、さくっと揚げパンを、スープに浸してシナっとさせていただく
ちょっとジャンキーさがたまらない。
台湾の朝食の定番らしいですが
胃に優しいのに、揚げパンがちゃっかり腹持ちをよくしてくれるスグレものです。
お店の雰囲気はカラフルかつ
初めてなのに懐かしさも感じさせるノスタルジーがただよってます。
おつまみメニューも充実しているので
夜にうかがって中華ナイトをお酒と楽しむのもよさそうです♪
