We are proud of our freshly made, flavorful Prosciutto. We use an Italian-made Tamanini manual slicer to achieve the perfect thickness that is difficult to reproduce with an electric machine. If it's thick, it may remain in your mouth, but our Prosciutto is very thin, so you can enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth texture and just the right amount of saltiness. Enjoy it with a variety of ingredients and dishes, including cheese and fruits. Of course, you can also enjoy it as is.
