今どき1,000円台は貴重
高止まりとなっている鰻重が、税抜とは言え１９００円でいただけるのは、ありがたい。企業努力の成果でしょう。
照りもあるし、ふっくら厚みもありました。肝吸いでなくとも、海苔のお吸い物で十分満足できました。山椒がもうちょっと香りが効いているとよかったかな、というところです。

It was a holiday afternoon, so I reserved a private room. I ordered the Japanese-style kaiseki "Fuga" course for 5,000 yen (5,500 yen including tax). I ordered non-alcoholic beer and other drinks and toasted! Some of the three appetizers were hard to understand, but the beef and okra tsukudani was delicious. The roast beef was lightly seasoned and delicious, and the three kinds of sashimi platter had good toppings, including the fatty tuna and amberjack, and the shrimp was large and plump. The chawanmushi was average, but the ginkgo nuts were well prepared and delicious. The grilled fish was seasoned just right, but I wanted some rice. Simmered dish were lightly seasoned and not bad, but the deep-fried Tempura was at the level of a Japanese-style Family restaurant. The nigiri Sushi consisted of four pieces: lean tuna, squid, steamed shrimp, and salmon roe. It also came with a clear soup. The dessert was orange, kiwi, and shiratama azuki beans. It's similar to some Japanese Restaurants overseas, but the sashimi is excellent.
