7月上旬の土曜日昼頃。横浜青葉台で整体を終えて、外に出たらとにかく暑い。。。とりあえずこの青葉台で昼食をと思い、青葉台駅前の通りから1本裏の通りへ。道の日陰を求めてなんとなくローソンの角を曲がってみたところ、なんとも涼しげなお店を見つけた。鮨くさびや 青葉台店。外の看板のランチメニューをじっーと見て、「良いかも！」って思って、いざ入店。
店内に入ると、カウンター席の左奥の席に通された。先客は何組かいらっしゃって、座敷の方ではご家族連れの方がちょっと盛り上がっている。
気軽に入店してしまったが、しっかりとした店構えのお寿司屋さん。小奇麗な服装でいて良かった（苦笑）
板前さんお二人で小気味良くお仕事をされているという感じです。
さて注文です。店外の看板を見てた時は「江戸前にぎり」（1320円）と思っていたが、、、久しぶりの回っていないお寿司屋さんなんで、ちょっとだけ贅沢して「おまかせ十貫」（2180円）にしてしまいました。
まずは、茶碗蒸しと小鉢が出てきます。お寿司屋さんの茶碗蒸しって美味しいですね。三つ葉がアクセントになってます。お茶碗の底から銀杏もでてきました。
10分ほど待って、おまかせ10貫が到着です。高級そうな黒いお皿に、まぐろ、いか、中トロ、ハマチかな？、甘エビ、ホタテ、黒ムツの炙り、玉子、アジ、いくらとガリが少々というラインナップ。シャリがどうとかは私にはわかりませんが、ネタはしっかりとしていて上品でとても美味しいお寿司です。
一番美味しかったのは黒ムツの炙り。脂がのっているネタをさらに炙って、脂の旨味が引き出されていた感じですかね。
とても美味しいお寿司をランチでいただきました。
