グランベリーモールで昼食難民の為、青葉台に移動、暑いのでエキナカ、という事で。
私がサンマーメンと炒飯と油淋鶏のセット(1350円?)、カミさんがあんかけ焼きそばと点心のセット。
5分もしないうちに、サンマーメンと油淋鶏到着。
サンマーメンは暑いからなのか?、スープがぬるい、、野菜がしっかり炒められていない。
油淋鶏はまぁまぁなんだけど、小麦粉のだまがちょっと残っている。
後から到着した炒飯も、ちゃんと炒めていない感じ、、、。
デパートの中のお店なのに、、、町の中華屋さんより、炒め方等の基本が出来ていないと感じました。
かなり前(10年くらいかなぁ)に食べた時は、こんなに酷かった記憶はないけど、、、。
ガッカリ、、、でした。
