Enjoy authentic Sushi without pretension at Fujigaoka!
A restaurant where you can casually enjoy traditional flavors and techniques that were born in Nihonbashi and refined in Fujigaoka☆We have a menu that even those who think it may be a little difficult |
I popped in during lunch time. It's the taste, price, and atmosphere. All of them are very middle-of-the-road, and I'm not sure if I want to go the high-end route or if I want to go for a reasonable price. Not that it's not delicious, but... The ingredients, the rice, and the nigiri technique are, to be fair, pretty average. Actually, it's not worth this price. The quality of the salmon roe in the official photo and the actual one is too different. The way the rolls are rolled and cut, especially the way they are cut, is so rough that it's on par with a Conveyor belt sushi chain. I can't help but be shocked. At this price (I think it's just under ¥4,000 including beer), there are many other options. Also, the beer is too expensive compared to the weight. The overall atmosphere of the store, including the customer service, could not be described as comfortable. I wonder if there will be a next time.
