Entered the restaurant around 5:40pm on a Saturday and still had seats available. Asked if I wanted a table seat or a raised platform. I asked for a table seat. While looking at the menu, I ordered duck Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) udon, domestic beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) white miso udon set, and other items on the tablet. The dish arrived in less than 10 minutes. The hotpot was filled with plenty of tripe and vegetables, and the white miso soup was delicious. The duck soup was also delicious. The udon here is white and smooth and exquisite. Thank you for the meal.
