PR for restaurants |
[12 minutes from the north exit of Aobadai Station] A restaurant specializing in aged red meat that is particular about the production area. Homemade dishes are also excellent! !
In addition to carefully selected beef, we also serve authentic Korean home-cooked meals made with Japanese ingredients such as homemade kimchi and namul, which are made with a focus on safety and sec |
Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Korean home cooking are both excellent. This store is a 5-6 minute walk from my house. I've been here once for lunch, and this time I went for dinner after a walk. After the peak lunch time, I ate while paying attention to the part-time lady who didn't seem to be in a good mood, probably because it was around 2pm, but I couldn't forget the taste of the middle-aged short ribs and pure tofu jjigae I had for lunch. , I visited again with some caution, not wanting to have part-time girls there at night. Fortunately, since it was a Wednesday night, the part-time girls seemed to be off duty, so it was just the store manager and the part-time boys. In the evening, the customer service was very natural and made us feel very comfortable.Although we didn't order a large amount, we were able to relax and enjoy the delicious food as a family. I ordered a modest order of 3 wagyu beef, vegetable panchijimi, oki kimchi, and draft beer, but it was just the right amount for my wife and kindergarten child. The sangyeopsal and Cold Noodles looked delicious, so I was hesitant until the end, but I saved them for next time. The 3-piece platter is a combination of top skirt steak, loin, and short ribs. Each piece was thick and large, and was too big to put in my mouth all at once, so I used scissors to cut it in half and eat it in bite-sized pieces. All tastes are exquisite! It was by far the best Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I've ever eaten. The crispy, chewy texture of the pancake was irresistible, and the sauce was smooth, deep, and had a nice spiciness, making it one of the best pancakes I've ever eaten. Next time I would like to try Seafood pancake. The oily kimchi is neither too shallow nor too soaked, and the carrots that got stuck between the cuts due to the cold have softened just enough to be irresistible. It tastes like a high-level integration of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Kalbiland, Tajimaya, Korean home cooking, Oppa, and Fukuichi. It seems like I will be coming to this restaurant more often as I eat out less at other restaurants.
