藤が丘のふぐ屋 田乃中
勤務医時代は、付き合いでふぐを食べる事が、冬の間に2-3回はありましたが、昨年は食べなかったような気がします。複数の医者がチームを組んで仕事するには、お互いの意思疎通のための会が必要ですが、開業医はその必要が余りなく、病診連携の会か、医師会の会ぐらいしか、宴会はありません。
Dr.Aのブログを読んで、どうしても今年はふぐを食べたくなったので、今日、藤が丘のふぐ屋 田乃中で食べてきました。ふぐ刺し・ふぐちりのコースに、ふぐのから揚げ・焼いた白子も注文。
勤務医時代に年に1回は行っていた、渋谷仁丹ビルの裏 雑魚万で食べたときのように、満足でした。水曜だったら、2日酔いを気にせず、ひれ酒を飲めたのですが、他のドクターの都合もあり、火曜日になったのがちょっと残念でしたが。
田の中のオーナーはテニスが上手で私たちも1度だけ対戦したことがあります。

来月の都筑区マラソンに出る仲間とフグのコースを食べてきました。どれも美味しいですが、特に焼き白子は絶品でした。
私は冬には年に1度はフグを食べたいのですが、妻はコスパが悪いと言います。妻は鍋を料理として認めていないんです。料理人が綺麗に盛り付けたものを食べたいらしいです。「鍋ってセルフサービス」というのが妻の持論。フグは素人は調理できないのですが。妻が消極的なので、10年ぶりの田乃中となってしまいました。
フグを食べるのも5年ぶりです。5年前までは、医者仲間でフグなど美味しいものを食べながら懇談する会がよく催されていたのです。古き良き時代でした。
