東京での観劇の両親を連れ、東名高速を下ってたどり着いたのは、田乃中さん。ふと、うなぎにしようと提案したのが、店の到着１時間前。お電話すると、うなぎ3名分はあるとの事。前日までの予約制のところも多いなかでありがたい限り。
渋滞に巻き込まれて到着は30分遅れましたが、その旨はちゃんとお電話していたので、とても快く迎え入れてくれました。
うな重は3名で松竹梅を頼みました。
最初に、肝吸い、そしてお重は、松竹梅で入れ物が分かれております。私が頼んだ梅が最上級だけあって器のなんとなしに良い感じです。
テーブルの山椒も竹箱に入っており、蓋を開けると良い香りが一面に漂う。
うな重、味も濃くなく、ご飯はほろほろ、身はふわふわで、脂もとても綺麗な味。蒲焼のタレの味もしっかりのっていて、はい、うなぎって美味しいよねと再確認。あまりお腹空いていないと言っていた両親も、完食です！
大将に確認しましたら、鰻は愛知の一色産でした。
