家内の知人が、「タレっていう珍しい名前のレストランができたんだけど、イタリアンみたいなんだよね」と言っていました。それ以来気になっていたのですが、ついに入店。もちろん店名は「タレ」ではなく、「ＡＬ」というマークが掲げられていて、Ａｌｂｅｒｏさんです。
日曜１１時過ぎの入店だったので、最初の客でしたが、その後少しずつカップルや家族連れが入ってきて、１時間強で満席になりました。
ランチにドルチェを付けて１，５００円のランチを注文。前菜は、シェフがこだわったという珍しい物も盛り合わされていましたが、味は可もなく不可もない感じ。メインは私はリゾットを注文しましたが、熱々でなかなかの味。家内が注文したおすすめのスパゲッティ黒コショウ風味と息子が注文したフェットチーネは、これまた普通。
食後には名物というエスプレッソをチョイス。これは、こだわっている感じがありました。
水準はクリアしているのですが、イタリアンは結構な激戦区であるこの地域において、ここならこれを食べたいと言わせる名物料理の開発が必要と感じました。夜にはあるのかもしれませんが。
