The opening day |

On this day, I was going to eat with a colleague in Aobadai, and since it was the last dinner party of the year, we decided to eat eel and visited this restaurant. I have been to this restaurant several times, and I remember the exquisite taste of the eel rice bowl, the clear soup, and the chawanmushi, so I visited again. I ordered either the bamboo or pine eel rice bowl. I forgot which. I also ordered pickles, eel liver skewers, and eel kamaboko. The eel kamaboko looked good, and there was a lot of eel inside, making it the perfect snack to go with alcohol. The pickles were not too salty and had a gentle taste. The eel liver skewers were grilled well, and the sauce was gentle, so you could enjoy the taste of the eel liver. From here, the set of eel rice bowl dishes came out. First, the chawanmushi. The salt seasoning of the chawanmushi was exquisite, bringing out the flavor of the eel inside. The unaju is really delicious. The flavor of the eel is brought out by the way it is grilled and the sauce. Many restaurants use a strong sauce, but this restaurant uses a mild sauce that brings out the flavor of the eel to the fullest. The soup is also exquisitely flavored. Many restaurants have a strong saltiness, but this soup has a natural taste and goes well with the unaju. The apple sorbet for dessert was also delicious. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.
