Jinenjoan's soba places importance on flavor, and pursues gloss and crispness (texture). - Commitment to buckwheat flour. Using a stone mill, carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour is milled using a unique manufacturing method. It is served with a refreshing, mellow, and deep soup made with dried bonito flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido. There are about 30 types of oden ingredients. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients, from classics such as radish and eggs, to unusual items such as Camembert cheese, rare ingredients such as whale skin ``Koro'', and seasonal ingredients.
