本日の煮魚､焼き魚､お刺身が黒板に記入されており、煮魚か刺身定食か迷ったが
お刺身定食を頂きました。
因みに定食は、御飯にあら汁御代わり自由｡
本日のお刺身は、目鉢鮪に､ずわい蟹､すずき､カンパチで､ずわい蟹は、風味旨味共に美味しかった。
他のお刺身は、美味しいが特別感は特に無いかな笑
他に小鉢3種とあら汁付きで､
1つ目は、大根サラダは、フレンチドレッシングが､かかっており、大根と赤ピーマン､しゃけのほぐし身に､昆布の佃煮､アラレが入っており、ドレッシングの酸味に､しゃけや昆布の佃煮の塩味旨味､アラレのサクサク感が絶妙で、めちゃくちゃ美味い。
2つ目は、ししゃもの甘酢漬けで､優しい味付けで美味い。
３つ目は、白菜の浅漬けで、口の中がサッパリして味変に良い｡
あら汁も出汁がしっかり出ていて大変美味しかったです。
お隣の方が食べていた、煮魚定食がめちゃ美味しそうだったので次回は煮魚定食を頂きたいと､思いました笑。
