Food The secret to the flavorful and rich gratin is the milk from Makai Farm!
The "gratin" made from white sauce is our most recommended menu item. We use non-homogenized milk shipped directly from Makai Farm in Asagiri Plateau, Shizuoka Prefecture, the owner's late mother's family home. It is not heated, so it has a rich and flavorful taste even after cooking. The "chicken gratin" is a masterpiece made with Satsuma chicken thighs steamed in white wine, giving it a moist and soft texture. We also recommend the "cod roe and potato gratin," which is popular among women.

Our restaurant was opened based on the requests of people who wanted to eat with their dogs. You can use it at your leisure without worrying about time. The interior has a warm atmosphere with antique Karimoku furniture. The space has a high ceiling and a sense of openness. Guri, the dog manager, will be in charge of welcoming you. The restaurant is equipped with 5 tables and a raised space. You can enjoy your meal with peace of mind, even if you are bringing small children with you. There is also terrace seating, so on sunny days, we recommend tasting the farm-squeezed Soft serve ice cream Other sell farm bacon and cheesecake.
Newly opened in November 2023. “Griz Kitchen” is a gratin and Western Cuisine restaurant where you can spend time with your dog.
