The restaurant name "Passione" (passion) reflects our desire to treat our customers with passion and to prepare food with passion. During my training period, I worked in the kitchen of a star-rated Restaurants in Italy. I have applied the many cooking methods and ingredients I learned there to create Passione's menu. My hobbies are fishing and table tennis. I take table tennis lessons whenever I have free time. I started appearing in matches, but I still get beaten up (laughs).
