Niigata's specialty sauce Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) is a thin pork cutlet dipped in a soy sauce-based sauce, but I don't think it tasted like that kind of sauce... The batter is also crispy. The white pot is for sweet sauce, the black pot is for spicy sauce, and the glass bowl is for onion dressing. There are also sachets of mustard. I think I prefer sweet sauce. The meat is thin, but sauce cutlet is thin meat. The frying oil seems to have been reused, and when you bite into it, it tastes like minced meat cutlet.
