リーズナブルでとても丁寧な仕上げ
定期的に訪問します。
焼き鳥が好きで、だからと言って汚い酔っ払いが屯してる焼き鳥屋さんは嫌です。
こちらはとても綺麗でスタッフさんも接客が丁寧で丁度いいフレンドリーさ。
お店も改装したばかりを訪問したので更に店内は綺麗になって居ました。
入り口直ぐ左に焼き鳥を炭火で丁寧に焼いている調理場が見えます。
スタッフさんが一人、かかりっきりでずーっと、全集中で焼いとります。
テーブル席で頂くとスタッフさんが串の向きを着席の向きに合わせ
持ち手の串の向きを揃えて盛ってきてくれる気遣いが嬉しいです。
空港で荷物がベルトコンベアーに乗って出て来る時、持ち手が取りやすいように
外向き、上向きに並んで出て来るのは日本の空港だけだそうです。
それを思い出しました。気遣い、心遣いおもてなしって身についていないとできない事です。
今日は出来ても明日は出来ないってこともありますが、今までに１０回くらいはこちらで
焼き鳥を頂ていますが、一度たりとも串の並びが揃っていない事はありませんでした。
今日も、心地よい接客とサービス、美味しい焼き加減の丁寧な仕上がりに大満足です。

I'm thankful that they grill it properly over charcoal, and it's delicious. The skewers should be lined up on the plate in the direction the customer is sitting.
