Food Extremely fresh hormones and meat
The hormones are freshly purchased that day and carefully prepared! There are 4 types of sauces (salt, sauce, miso, and plum sauce), so you can choose your favorite depending on the part of the dish. In addition, the meat other than hormones is made from A4 rank or higher Japanese black beef! Since it is of high quality, we recommend enjoying it simply with just salt.
