休日の12時開店ちょつと過ぎに来店。
店内は奥に広く、
夜は創作鉄板焼料理のお店のランチ営業です。
店主さん鉄板を使用して複数同時に調理しているのは見ていて面白い。

スープ
旨味の強めの塩スープ。
春菊、燻味のあるチャーシューがどっぷり漬かっているお陰で
スープに深みが出ているね。
麺
ツルツルの細麺はスープとの相性良し。
チャーシュー
大判で厚さもある低温調理気味な特大チャーシューは食べ応えあり。
肉の食感も硬過ぎずちょうど良い。

スパイシーさと旨味のバランスが良い。
ボリュームもあるので価格からしてお得と感じる。
付け合せのキャベツの酢の物をウスターソースかけると更に合うね。
【総評】
ラーメン専門店(名店クラス)と比べると落ちるが、
悪くない仕上がりだと思います。
基本の調理技術と感性が優れているから何を食べても美味しい感じがしました。
一点、気になったのはラーメンのどんぶり。
ごじんまりし過ぎていて美味しく感じないので幅広のどんぶりにして欲しい。
次は『酸っぱ辛いまぜそば』食べたいな。
