All dishes are handmade using carefully selected fresh ingredients. Recommended dishes include the oven-baked ``Meatloaf'', the ``Niku-Jaga'' with large chunks of toppings, and the `` Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)'', which is made individually by hand and grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal. The menu, which allows you to enjoy seasonal flavors such as Yamagata Prefecture's Local Cuisine ``Imoni'' and various hot pot dishes, is also popular, and the gentle ``taste of your mother'' will soothe you.
