In pursuit of freshness and safety, we purchase not only Yokohama vegetables and Kamakura vegetables, but also special vegetables and organic vegetables from production areas across the country, delivered directly from reliable contracted farmers. You can enjoy fresh vegetables grown with great care by up-and-coming farmers. In particular, the ever-popular ``Golden Afternoon'' menu items, ``Yamayuri Pork Loin Steak from Kanagawa'' and ``Bagna Cauda with a Day's worth of Vegetables,'' use plenty of carefully selected vegetables.

After working part-time at a restaurant when he was 16 years old, he became fascinated with the fun of cooking, and joined the restaurant at the age of 23, becoming the head chef in 2006, where he continues to be today. We want our customers to enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made food, so we keep the preparation to a minimum. For busy customers, we create menus that use lots of vegetables and incorporate local ingredients so that they can stay healthy even when eating out. Furthermore, we work hard every day to ensure that our customers can enjoy their meals safely and with peace of mind, including the decoration of the store and customer service.

A spacious dining room that combines concrete and wood. From the windows on both sides, you can see a small garden that gives you the feeling of stepping into a picture book. The garden outside the store is a junk garden made from recycled materials. Wood chips that have washed up on the coast, thinned wood that has no use for anything else, and other waste materials that are washed up outside of human activities are perfect materials for creating an extraordinary experience. Utilizing the uniqueness of each piece, we express the dream world of ``Alice in Wonderland'' that is associated with the store.
