１８時に予約をして、友人達と３人で行きました。
席はテラス、カウンター、テーブルがあり、テーブルを予約しました。
予約した席以外は満席で、予約をしなければ座れませんでした。
席に座り少しして、お通しのしらすおろしが出てきました。
置いてあったメニューを見て、ドリンクと料理を頼みました。
料理は、本日のお刺身から炙り〆さば、自家製もつ煮込み、鯖の胡麻漬け、竹の子唐揚げ、春キャベツのコールスローを注文しました。
・もつ煮込み
もつ以外に人参、ゴボウ、こんにゃくなど色々と入っていました。
もつの臭みなどはなかったです。
・炙り〆さば
わさびとからしが一緒に付いて、上けらネギがかかっていました。
肉厚で大きめにカットされていました。
１枚醤油を付けて食べたら塩っぱめで、後はそのまま食べれました。
・鯖の胡麻漬け
鯖は生でおろしとネギで食べました。
甘めの味付けでした。
・春キャベツのコールスロー
人参、アーモンド、玉ねぎ、コーン、クルミ、カシューナッツなど色々入っていました。
・竹の子唐揚げ
鰹節とネギがかかっていました。
外側カリカリ、竹の子はホクホクでマヨネーズを付けて食べました。
食べ終わってから追加で、いぶりがっこ＆クリームチーズ、ポテサラ、タタキきゅうり、本日のお刺身から真鯛、鶏唐揚げを注文しました。
・ポテサラ
ドリトスにポテトを乗せて、マヨネーズを付けて食べました。
・タタキきゅうり
白ゴマがかかっていて、胡麻油で味付けしてありました。
・いぶりがっこ＆クリームチーズ
いぶりがっこは薄切りでした。
クリームチーズと、いぶりがっこの相性がよかったです。
・真鯛お刺身
荒塩とレモンが一緒に出てきたので付けて食べました。
肉厚にカットされていて、食べるとほんのり甘味がありました。
・鶏唐揚げ
かなり大きめでした。
同じお皿にマヨネーズに七味がかかっていたものが一緒に出てきたので付けて食べました。
揚げたてでジューシーでした。
料理はどれも１０００円以内で、量は少なめでした。
皆で少しずつ食べて、他の料理が注文出来るので、色々な料理が食べることが出来ました。
いる間お客さんは途中何席か空くことがありましたが、ほとんど満席でした。
