They have another "third year" sister restaurant nearby, which was a bit confusing for me The menu isn't vast, but they have some local dishes from Hachijoji Island that you won't find at other izakayas. My ex-colleague's favorite dish is the moray eel tempura which was fantastic. I also ordered the shiitake mushroom tempura which was also magnificent. My other recommendation is the sashimi and sushi. Although the fish wasn't from Hachijoji Island (sometime it is), the fish was fresh and amazing! The fried egg has some green pepper that was quite spicy, so be careful The ahijo used fermented fish with a distinct odor. I didn't mind it, but people with scent sensitivity should beware. The soba uses tons of seaweed which also has a distinct sea smell and was quite salty. You can also enjoy some local shochu (liquor) to get a taste of the Island. Did you know that the Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is actually part of Tokyo? One of the places I'd like to visit while in Japan. visit. It's a bit of a walk from the west exit of Tsurumi Station, but there are some stores affiliated with the Sannen series along the way, so don't make the mistake of going there. The menu is not very extensive, but there are dishes from Hachijojima that you can't find anywhere else, and a former colleague's favorite is moray eel Tempura, and the quality of Tempura is high. In addition, the shiitake mushroom Tempura is delicious, and the fresh ingredients used in the sashimi and Sushi (I heard that this time it was not from Hachijojima) are also excellent! The tamagoyaki uses green chili peppers and is quite spicy, so don't let your guard down. Kusaya's Ajillo didn't have much of a smell (maybe because he was drunk) and was delicious. The soba noodles had a strong seaside aroma and salty taste, and were a bit unsatisfying as a finishing touch. We also have shochu from Hachijojima, and we especially recommend Tempura, sashimi, and Sushi!
