2021年10月31日(日)に神奈川県横浜市の「割烹 田中家」へ伺ってきました。
2016年5月に放送されたNHKのブラタモリで紹介されていたので、伺おうと思ってました。しかしなかなか機会が無いまま、その後は緊急事態宣言やまん防等々で伺うことができずにいました。
ようやく、緊急事態も明け久々の同窓会で伺うことができました。
■駐車場は、、、
この日は横浜駅から徒歩で伺いましたが、10分もかかりませんでした。お店の駐車場は無いと思います。
■混雑状況は、、、
2週間前に日程が決まって、それから予約したと思います。
昼食時間帯の2階の各部屋は埋まっていたと思います。
■注文は、、、
「昼のにぎわいプラン(11,000円)」でした。コース料理と飲物代(アルコール含)の総額(席料・サービス料・税込み)が11,000円/人で、全て込みでこの値段はとてもお得でした。
お品書き(画像)を記すと、「前菜 旬味盛り」「お椀 あんぺい」「お造り 鮪 かんぱち」「焼物 鰆」「煮物 季節の炊合せ」「お食事 きのこ 三つ葉」「香の物 二種盛り」「留椀 赤出汁」「水菓子 白いおしるこ 」です。ただし、「焼物 鰆」は「焼物 太刀魚」に変わってました。
■感想等々、、、
部屋は二階の横浜駅側の「松の間」でした。ブラタモリで使った部屋「雪の間」の隣の部屋だったのが、少しだけ残念でした。実は録画してあった2016年5月のブラタモリを見て、予習してました(笑)。
料理はどの品もとても美味しかったです。個々の品について語りたいところですが、おいらの舌のレベルでは語るのが申し訳ない感じでした。
途中で五代目の女将さんから、田中屋と横浜駅周辺の変節についてのご説明がありました。千人が入れる割烹だったこと、マンションしか見れなくなった風景(画像)をとても残念がっておられました。
そして時間的にもゆったり2時間、とても良いタイミングで食事や飲物をいただけ、居心地の良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。東海道の神奈川宿から約160年も続き、1軒だけ残った老舗割烹だと感心してしまいました。
ごちそうさまでした。また伺いたいと思います。
