You can choose from 5 main dishes and an appetizer buffet made with plenty of Miura vegetables, which you can enjoy for both lunch and dinner. Choose your favorite main dish from 5 types: [Meat, Fish, Noodles, Soup, and Rice]. For the ``Takiniku,'' which is said to have originated in Kagoshima, we use the highest grade A5-ranked beef, ``Satsuma Gyugoku,'' and use an iron pot with a slightly concave design in the center to bring out the deliciousness of the meat. The meat is marinated in a special sauce and then simmered in a broth rich in flavor from the vegetables. Enjoy the authentic taste with our secret sauce. We also recommend adding vinegar or bean sauce to your liking.
