We offer additive-free and chemical-free Ramen made with homemade noodles and soup. The noodles are made and served the morning of the day. The standard "Chuka Soba" soup uses dried white sardines and pork belly, and has a well-balanced soup stock made from domestic chicken bones and Hokkaido kelp. Be sure to try the popular ``Special Chinese Soba'' topped with chashu, boiled egg, and seaweed. ◎ Our store uses a ticket vending machine, so even those who don't like ordering don't have to worry. ◎ We look forward to your visit.
