刻み海苔と葱の下に卵黄 ひきわり納豆 そして白胡麻の振られた馬肉のユッケ
コチュジャンより胡麻油が前面にくる味付け
やっぱり馬肉は美味しいですね
付け合わせはキンピラと高菜
味噌汁はワカメ
カリカリに炭火で焼かれて香ばしい鶏皮も美味しいです
七味が欲しかったですが卓上には九州の甘い醤油とアゴ出汁醤油のみ
もつ鍋も美味しかったとの事
500円のから揚げ定食も気になりますね
女性スタッフの接客も良かったです
