手頃な値段で相応以上の肉が食える。
ただし年配の店主が完全なワンオペで営んでらっしゃるので、オーダーや会計のタイミングにはこちらが配慮せねばならない。
またお店の雰囲気は常連が多いため、敷居は高め...
連休中の19時半ごろに訪問。店内はほぼ満席でしたが、カウンター1席だけ空いていたので着席。
1人でお店をされていて、私が入ったタイミングがちょうど注文が立て込んでいたみたいでした。

癖の強い店主。ただ、かなりいい意味です！
店主おひとりでまわしているので、少し出てくるまでに時間がかかりますが、それもご愛嬌。
行けば分かります、ここの店が常に満席な理由が。
とても落ち着く...
保土ヶ谷で焼肉なら、「無煙&炭火でないこと」さえOKでしたら、オーナーおひとりで経営されていらっしゃいまして、とてもフレンドリーで、値段もリーズナブル&良心的で、内容も、とても良いと思いました。
計算でも出来ない、肉も揃えられない最低な店だ…
