以前の《麺処 魁》から足しげく通っていましたが、最近は中々来店できなかったので久しぶりに行きました。
入店すると、馴染みの店主がいないので「あれ？」と思いましたが、いつも通り つけ麺 辛味 ネギ のり のマイセットを注文し、久しぶりの味を楽しみにしていましたが、出て来た品々は全てが「あれ？」な事になってました。
つけ麺の麺は味が落ちてヌルヌル食感が気持ち悪く、つけ汁は濃い目でしょっぱさが強い。
辛味(特製旨辛味)は量が激減で小皿にちょこっと。
今までの味を知っている(好きだった)だけに、もの凄く残念な気持ちなりました。
以前の店主が戻る様になるまでは、二度と行かないと思いました。
