Restaurant Petal de Sakura is located in Yayoidai, Izumi Ward. The owner and chef, Mr. Namba, chose this location because many of the producers he is familiar with live along the Sotetsu Line. Mr. Nam
...ba visits the fields every day to harvest the ingredients he will use that day. He serves his customers dishes inspired by conversations with the producers and the abundant nature. The menu includes carefully selected aged wagyu beef, which is marinated and aged in salt koji from a local koji shop, and healthy medicinal French cuisine, which overturns the image of "rich French cuisine." Why not spend some relaxing time in the restaurant, where you can see the cherry blossom trees from the large windows?
