Food Kushibei's special yakitori
30 years since we opened, we want to make our customers smile and feel good with delicious yakitori! With this in mind, we have been particular about everything from purchasing, skewering, and grilling. The chicken is delivered every morning from Azumino, Shinshu, and is skewered by hand, then expertly grilled over high-heat Bincho charcoal to preserve the flavor. The pork is purchased from Atsugi pork that is harvested in the morning. It is characterized by its freshness without any bitterness. Please enjoy each and every one of our skewered Grilled skewer.

There are 30 to 40 types of local sake purchased from all over the country at any given time. We also have seasonal local sake and rare sake that is difficult to obtain. You might be able to find your favorite bottle♪ ``Kushibei's Yakitori Sake'' was jointly developed with Oya Sake Brewery in Aikawa-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture.It is a Kushibei made to enjoy the compatibility and marriage of Kushibei's yakitori. We also have about 100 types of original sake that can only be tasted ☆ shochu, plum wine, and fruit wine.

There are 3 floors with different types of seats available on each floor. On the first floor, there are counter seats and table seats where you can enjoy freshly grilled yakitori in front of the open kitchen. It's a lively space full of fun ♪ The second floor has horigotatsu seating, which is non-smoking. Banquet hall that can accommodate up to 48 people. If you want to relax and relax, we recommend this seat.The third floor has private and semi-private table seats. Please use the modern, Western-style adult space for dates and entertaining guests ♪ The smoking area cannot be used by minors.
