宴会で利用しました。
宴会では大皿で提供されることがほとんどだと思います。サラダやキッシュなどは大皿でしたが
お刺身や煮魚は個別で提供されました。
これ良いですね、大皿だと、食べたくても遠慮なくすることもあるので。
煮魚はびっくりするほど美味しかった。味も煮付けの加減も。
シメのおうどんもミョウガが効いてよかったです。
今度はプライベートで来ようかな。
