神奈川県横浜市戸塚区川上町にある「鮨酒肴杉玉モレラ東戸塚」です。最寄駅はJR東海道本線の東戸塚駅になります。
「鮨酒肴杉玉モレラ東戸塚」へはランチタイムに行ってきました。東戸塚駅周辺でお寿司でも食べたいと考えていたところ、偶然見つけました。
「鮨酒肴杉玉モレラ東戸塚」に入ると開店時間過ぎて間がないということもあってか先客は不在でした。お店の方に1人で来たことを告げるとお好きな席にどうぞということで4人掛けのテーブル席に座りました。お店にはカウンター席、テーブル席があります。
ランチメニューの中から
天ぷら＆寿司定食（上） 1390円
が気になりこれを注文しました。
寿司はトロ、赤身、イカ、サーモン、海老、穴子等が出てきました。シャリが赤く赤酢を使ったものかと思ったのですが（シャリが赤いだけで赤酢を使っているかどうかは確認はしていません）、赤酢にしては癖のないおとなしい味の食べやすいシャリだとは感じました（過去に赤酢の寿司を食べたことがありますがもっと癖のある好きか嫌いかはっきり分かれる寿司というのは記憶があります）。「鮨酒肴杉玉モレラ東戸塚」の寿司に使われているシャリはいい味だと感じました。天ぷらは海老、ナス、サツマイモ、イカだったように記憶しておりますがカラッと揚がっており、塩で食べるようになっておりましたが味は悪くはなかったですよ。値段と味を考えるとコストパフォーマンスは高かったのではないでしょうか。ごちそうさまでした。
後で知ったのですが「杉玉」は大手回転寿司グループの「スシロー」が手掛けていたのですね。いい食材を安く仕入れることが出来ると思われますし、価格的にも他店に十分対抗できるようなものが提供出来るのではないでしょうか。
