The "Barley Finished Sangen Pork" we offer is a high-quality pork that has received the highest rating from the International Taste Institute (ITI) for four consecutive years. The pigs are fed with barley and wheat of human-grade quality as their main feed, and are raised in good health with snowmelt water from the Rocky Mountains. We pay particular attention to the quality of the meat, and we have introduced an unusual skin-stripping method. The meat, which is delivered unfrozen, also has a low drip rate, making it suitable for low-temperature cooking. By purchasing in large quantities, we are able to achieve high quality at affordable prices.

The specialty is the pork Steak takes 72 hours to make from raw to finished. It's a fun dish with a contrasting texture: juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. A special seasoning liquid is added to the carefully trimmed meat, and the meat is left in a vacuum for one day. By pasteurizing at a low temperature and letting it sit for an additional day, we bring out the maximum flavor. When ordering, the meat is warmed to the core, grilled at a high temperature, and delivered to the table. We want you to enjoy our proud creation, which we completed after three years of repeated trial and error and tasting.
