Visited around noon on a weekday. There are a few empty seats inside the store, and you will be guided to a sofa seat in the back. It's so fluffy that it sinks...lol I ordered the regular set of Kumotoriyama 350g for 1490 yen. 1500 yen for 350g is a great cost performance. It seems like it is cooked at a low temperature in advance, so it is served immediately after a few minutes of waiting. First of all, leave it as is. delicious. It tastes more like a high-quality ham, perhaps because it's marinated before cooking, rather than being an explosion of the strong flavor unique to pork. Table seasonings are rich and fun, including soy sauce, black pepper, pink salt, wasabi, yuzu pepper, and mustard. The sauce that comes with it is sweet and delicious, but I prefer black pepper or yuzu pepper because it adds a bit of a ham taste. The garnished potatoes and spinach also taste good. A normal serving of rice is a bit modest, so you can also make a large serving along with the amount of meat. There were a variety of people, including a solo female customer and office workers having lunch. I think it's a great restaurant where you can easily eat this much meat. It was delicious!
