First visit to Higashitotsuka store. All of the surrounding tables in the restaurant were already busy dealing with the chunks of meat that had been brought in. I was disappointed that I hadn't been able to go mountain climbing recently due to my busy schedule, so I decided to try climbing Mt. Kumotori (350g), which is a realistic altitude. It's still thick, but soft, and cuts smoothly with a knife. The beautiful pink cut, the flavor of the pork that spreads in your mouth, it's still delicious. Garlic rice option again this time. Coupled with the special feeling of Steak, I felt very happy. How many years ago was the last time you actually climbed Mt. Kumotori? Will my next goal be Mt. Fuji? But 450g would be really tough, I thought casually as I headed home. Thank you for the meal.
