水曜日のお昼。
前回満席で断念したハナタレさんのアジフライを食べに再チャレンジ。
11:40で今日は最初の客になった。
アジフライ2枚の定食か、アジフライ1枚と刺身の定食か悩む。
お店の人が、札幌の幻の玉ねぎで数が少ないと言われるので、札幌黄フライと山口真あじフライと刺身5種定食1100円に決定。
最初に刺身。
きびなご、こはだ、たこ、アジ、マグロのたたき。
続いて、アラ汁がでっかい器で。
最後に来たアジフライがまたデカい。
そこにまんまるの玉ねぎのフライがある。
それと、もずくもついていた。
食べきれるか？
この量で1100円はめちゃくちゃお得。
まずはアラ汁から頂く。
脂の旨味が出ていて旨い。
続いては刺身のきびなご。まぁこんなもんか。あまり味は無い。
では、本命アジフライに。
フライ用ソースとタルタルがある。まずはソースを半身だけ軽くつけて。
フッカフカの身で、しっかり塩味がついていてソースをつけなくても行けるくらい。
食べごたえはあるが残念ながらアジそのものの味が感じられない。
タルタルをつけてみる。とてもフレッシュで、お店で作ったという感じがして良いが、味そのもののは薄味仕立て。アジフライに味が付いてるので薄味にしているのだろうが、ソースとしての役割が担えていない。
玉ねぎはメニューに書かれている通り肉厚でジューシー。甘みがありとろっとして美味しいが、やや苦味が残っている。揚げ時間が短すぎたのか？
その他の刺身もそれほど魚の味がしなかった。
フライの下に敷かれているキャベツがまた残念。
ボソボソで食べづらくて仕方ない。
めちゃくちゃボリュームがあってこれはお得と思えたところまでは良かったが、素材の問題か調理の問題か、結果的にお腹は一杯だが全く満足感のないランチだった。
