都内や横浜に多数店舗がある「酒と酒はなたれ」の戸塚店。ファーストドロップ社運営。
今はなき鶴屋町のはなたれは訪問したことありましたが、こちらは初訪問。
2021年5月オープンの店内外観ともに綺麗な作りです。
日曜日の18時頃訪問もすでにほぼ満席で入店以降は全て断っていました。待ち時間を知らせたりすることなく断っていたので事前に予約しておいた方が無難かも。
日本酒の種類が豊富でした。
時期的に新玉ねぎや春きゃべつもあり、魚だけでなく新鮮な野菜も楽しめます。
生しらすが解禁前だったため、次回リベンジ。
アジフライは大ぶりでフワフワですが少々水っぽかったです。
ポテトサラダは熱々を自身ですり鉢で潰すスタイル。いぶりがっこのせは定番ながら歯ごたえが出て美味でした。
名物の刺身10点盛りは一つ一つが厚めに切られており贅沢な1品でした。
お子様連れも家族で楽しんでいたのが印象的でした。
