休日ラー活。散々迷った挙句、此方に訪問
実は初訪ではなく、確か2回ほど食べていた記憶がある
というものの、恐らく6年以上前で、その後一時期休業されていた覚えがある
そのため、本当に久々訪問
メニューが増えていて、どれにしようか迷ったが「煮干生姜水」の見慣れない文言に惹かれてつけ麺をチョイス
しばし待って着丼。麺は持ち上げた時から生姜の香り
まずは麺を。驚いたのは、デフォで熱盛であること。極太の手もみ麺は、確かに熱盛のほうがあっている。ブリンブリンで、生姜と煮干が効いていて、そのままでも美味しい
つけ汁はかなり濃い目。中には鶏肉が入っており、旨みも充分。麺との相性も抜群
具は鶏ハムなど。しっとり良い質で満足
昆布水が市民権を得て数年。世は麺での差別化がトレンドになってるが、メインストリームとは異なる路線で新たな発見をもたらしてくれる1杯だった。美味しかった。ご馳走様でした
