上大岡のミオカ裏にある鶏肉料理の専門店。
創業は1974年で上大岡界隈に根付いた老舗と言ってもいいのでしょう。アーケードの中にテイアウト専門の店舗もあります。
店名は「toriage」と書いてトリアージュ？とか何とかと読むのかと思っていたら、「TORIGE」トリゲでした。
ランチタイムは800〜1000円程度のメニューが中心。
今回は10食限定のチキンのオーブン焼きプレートをオーダー。
まず初めにスープが出てきます。
もちろん鶏スープなのですが、しっかり鶏ガラを用いてるのが分かる味で案外美味しい。
続いてワンプレートでサラダ、ライス、チキンが出てきました。チキンの量が想像以上に多いのが嬉しいです。
サラダはそれほど多くないですが、柑橘系の風味を感じるドレッシングが個人的に好みでした。
さて肝心のチキンは、優しい味付けで食べやすい。
ただ、火が通り過ぎてるのか少しだけパサついてしまってました。
タイミングが悪いことに、先日白金「アルゴリズム」のメインで鶏肉を食べたばっかりなので、差を感じざるを得ませんでした。
もちろん、価格帯が違いすぎるので比較すべきではないのですが、値段で焼き加減決まるわけでもないからなあ‥と思ってしまったり。
ということで、今回の評価は向かい風参考です。
フラット目線で見れば、小洒落たバル風の雰囲気のお店で、ボリュームある鶏肉と美味しい鶏スープが1000円程で食べれるのは悪くありません。料理は比較的あっさりしていて、女性も利用しやすいと思います。
また、店員の方々はホールをよく見ていて気が利く方が多い印象でした。
